Thousands have and many more will especially with the current demand for trained cybersecurity professionals far outpacing the supply. Enter CivilianCyber, more than workforce development, we are workforce creation — providing a human capital supply chain to meet your cybersecurity employment needs.
We identify high aptitude candidates — transitioning veterans, underserved groups and displaced workers — and outline their personalized learning roadmap to deliver you the right talent for today and the future.
CivilianCyber is actively building a database of cybersecurity candidates with new users signing up daily. Through February 28, 2021, five additional organizations will be invited to join our early access program and lock in first-year pricing at a discounted rate. Early access members, along with a limited number of current public and private partners, will be given beta access to the AWSAM platform.
Beta access includes an employer assessment to facilitate candidate/ employer matches, unlimited searches of our current database based on employer specific criteria, with more than 10,000 candidates expected by the end of 2021. Also included is the ability to post jobs and view potential candidate matches. Members will be asked to join the CivilianCyber Customer Advisory Board and will have the opportunity to shape future product iterations.
CivilianCyber’s workforce programs have already gained support from Virginia’s Commonwealth Cyber Initiative, Department of Defense Night Vision Labs, and other public, private, and government entities.
CivilianCyber is here to help your business successfully address your organization’s cybersecurity workforce shortage by helping people fulfill their potential.
